It’s finally happened… My book HAUNTING TRUTHS will be available to order in all book stores, in the next coming days.
After a very long time of writing, rewriting, formatting, and stressing in between, I finally got my book finished, and accepted by Ingramspark, and it is now listed in all major bookshop databases.
The main dream I had was to get this book onto the shelves in bookshops. So far, I’m happy to say that it can be ordered in two of the biggest stores- the UK’s Waterstones and America’s Barnes and Noble. To me that, that is already an achievement, but my fingers are crossed for actually getting it on the shelves.
I once read the quote “Make it happen” and I thought to myself: you know what — if I really want to do this, I have to make it happen. So I did. Yes, it took a while. (twenty years to be precise) Yes, I struggled. And yes, I got so frustrated I nearly threw the laptop out of the window and cried — but thank god I didn’t. With lots of research and the help of Google, I managed to fumble my way through writing and indeed publishing, and I didn’t forgetting to ask for help when I needed it. My editor and cover designer did what I couldn’t and I’m grateful for that.
Now, I just need people to read it and leave reviews, so one day I can walk into a shop and see my book —Haunting Truths by R. S. Fields — sitting on the shelf.
